Eph 4:32 - 5:2 "Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you. Therefore be imitators of God, as beloved children. And walk in love, as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us, a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God."

If you are to become what you were created to be, an image and reflection of who God is, you will be kind, pliable and able to be remolded like clay in God's hands. You will always forgive just as God continues to forgive you. God is Absolute Love so here is what love looks like, giving up your place in line for comfort and recognition and putting others before you in humility. Dying in other peoples place and lifting up your life as a sacrifice to offer yourself to God's service.
Love never looks like sexual impurity or using others for your own bodies gratification. Defiling others and coveting fulfillment in your bodies sensual passion instead of finding your fulfillment in God. This is futility and you will never be satiated.
Crude or filthy talk and jokes will not bring real joy and satisfaction, only thankful submission to the ways of God's love will satisfy completely. You are never going to find the way back to God, into Absolute love by cravings that are banned from the Kingdom of God and Christ. Only pure, unadulterated absolute love will be part of that inheritance. You cannot be subject to anything or anyone other than God in that kingdom.

Eph 5:3-5  "But sexual immorality and all impurity or covetousness must not even be named among you, as is proper among saints.  Let there be no filthiness nor foolish talk nor crude joking, which are out of place, but instead let there be thanksgiving.  For you may be sure of this, that everyone who is sexually immoral or impure, or who is covetous (that is, an idolater), has no inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and God."

Don't let anyone deceive you into thinking something that has no substance or relation to God's Word. You have seen and He has told you that only the obedience that comes from faith and love of Him is accepted. Disobedience brings wrath and eventual complete separation from love. His love is absolute, uncompromising, pure and just.

Eph 5:6  "Let no one deceive you with empty words, for because of these things the wrath of God comes upon the sons of disobedience."

Eph 5:7-10  "Therefore do not become partners with them; for at one time you were darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Walk as children of light (for the fruit of light is found in all that is good and right and true), and try to discern what is pleasing to the Lord."

So don't take part in anything you don't want to be brought to light. Expose your sin and shame and expose the shameful things around you. If you will bring things into the light they can be dealt with and disposed of by the mercy and grace of Jesus Christ, through His sacrificial bearing of that shame.

Eph 5:11-14  "Take no part in the unfruitful works of darkness, but instead expose them.  For it is shameful even to speak of the things that they do in secret. But when anything is exposed by the light, it becomes visible, for anything that becomes visible is light. Therefore it says, "Awake, O sleeper, and arise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you."
1Jn 1:5-10  "This is the message we have heard from him and proclaim to you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all. If we say we have fellowship with him while we walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth. But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus his Son cleanses us from all sin. If we say we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us."

1Jn 2:9 - 11 "Whoever says he is in the light and hates his brother is still in darkness.  Whoever loves his brother abides in the light, and in him there is no cause for stumbling. But whoever hates his brother is in the darkness and walks in the darkness, and does not know where he is going, because the darkness has blinded his eyes."

Joh 1:1 - 5 "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through him, and without him was not any thing made that was made.  In him was life, and the life was the light of men. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it."

Joh 3:19- 21  "And this is the judgment: the light has come into the world, and people loved the darkness rather than the light because their works were evil. For everyone who does wicked things hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his works should be exposed.  But whoever does what is true comes to the light, so that it may be clearly seen that his works have been carried out in God."
Joh 8:12  "Again Jesus spoke to them, saying, "I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life."
