Eph 4:15-17  "Rather, speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in every way into him who is the head, into Christ, from whom the whole body, joined and held together by every joint with which it is equipped, when each part is working properly, makes the body grow so that it builds itself up in love. Now this I say and testify in the Lord, that you must no longer walk as the Gentiles do, in the futility of their minds."

Instead of backbiting and gossip, lovingly be truthful and move toward unity in the fullness of Jesus Christ. He is the way, the truth and the life. He is Absolute Love. He is Yahweh. All the other philosophies and religious promises that you can get there this way or that, they all lead to futility, emptiness-destruction.

Don't walk like those who don't know the commandments of God and the steadfast love of God. Their minds are not opened to truth, they don't even understand the meaning of love. They don't know what it is they reject and they are hardened to the acceptance of living any other way but in the way their sense lead them. They have a callous heart full of greed and they are mixed up. They are all dirtied up inside because they don't want to come clean with themselves or with God. You were the same way until the light of God's truth began to shine in, by the Holy Spirit, revealing the love and grace of God in Jesus Christ, Isa Al Masih, Yeshua Messiah.

Eph 4:18-20  "They are darkened in their understanding, alienated from the life of God because of the ignorance that is in them, due to their hardness of heart. They have become callous and have given themselves up to sensuality, greedy to practice every kind of impurity.  But that is not the way you learned Christ!-- "

I am only assuming that when you were shown the way to God's love in Jesus Christ you were taught that to come to Jesus means you change your life, repent and walk away from following your own desires to follow after Jesus. Coming to Jesus is a lifelong process of being renewed to become more and more molded to the image of God, you were created for this very purpose. To become separated to God, pure, clean and loving.

Eph 4:21-24  "assuming that you have heard about him and were taught in him, as the truth is in Jesus, to put off your old self, which belongs to your former manner of life and is corrupt through deceitful desires,  and to be renewed in the spirit of your minds, and to put on the new self, created after the likeness of God in true righteousness and holiness."

So learn to put away the things that are false, stop hiding behind whispers, gossip and slander. Be truthful with everyone around you for we are all connected by the fact that God is our Father.

Eph 4:25  "Therefore, having put away falsehood, let each one of you speak the truth with his neighbor, for we are members one of another."

Now you can be angry but don't hold on to your anger so that you don't become bitter. Let go of your anger otherwise it becomes a snare against you to cause the accuser/destroyer to use it against you. Anger and bitterness are let go for your benefit- not because you are not justified in being angry. For your own benefit let go of it!

Eph 4:26,27  "Be angry and do not sin; do not let the sun go down on your anger, and give no opportunity to the devil."

People transformed by the Spirit of God stop stealing and work far beyond what is expected and or needed. They work in order to give and share from what is produced. Those who are transformed by God stop doing things that corrupt their own life and their relationships and build up others bringing peace and unity in their midst. Following after Jesus is offering grace to others because you have received an immeasurably great and gracious gift, the receiving overflows in love, just as God's love overflows from within. You recognize and respond to the Holy Spirit.
Their is no malicious thoughts or actions that can be contemplated if you are full of God's Spirit. There is only kindness, compassion, forgiveness and love. He is Absolute Love. His love is full of grace and truth, mercy and justice.

Eph 4:28-32  "Let the thief no longer steal, but rather let him labor, doing honest work with his own hands, so that he may have something to share with anyone in need. Let no corrupting talk come out of your mouths, but only such as is good for building up, as fits the occasion, that it may give grace to those who hear. And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption. Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor and slander be put away from you, along with all malice.  Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you."

Exo 34:4-6  "So Moses cut two tablets of stone like the first. And he rose early in the morning and went up on Mount Sinai, as the LORD had commanded him, and took in his hand two tablets of stone. The LORD descended in the cloud and stood with him there, and proclaimed the name of the LORD. The LORD passed before him and proclaimed, "The LORD, the LORD, a God merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and abounding in steadfast love and faithfulness, keeping steadfast love for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin, but who will by no means clear the guilty,"
