Joh 20:21 - 23 "Jesus said to them again, "Peace be with you. As the Father has sent me, even so I am sending you."  And when he had said this, he breathed on them and said to them, "Receive the Holy Spirit. If you forgive the sins of any, they are forgiven them; if you withhold forgiveness from any, it is withheld."

Jesus gives peace. The Spirit of God's love flows from the Father to the Son and overflows in love to us. The fruit of the Spirit of God is readily discernible.

Gal 5:22 - 25 "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law.  And those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.  If we live by the Spirit, let us also keep in step with the Spirit."

Thomas not seeing Jesus or receiving The Spirit of God from Jesus could-would not believe!

Joh 20:24  Now Thomas, one of the Twelve, called the Twin, was not with them when Jesus came.

All of the others saw and testified of seeing Jesus and seeing His scars, hearing Him speak and believing He was alive.
Thomas refused to believe.

Joh 20:25  So the other disciples told him, "We have seen the Lord." But he said to them, "Unless I see in his hands the mark of the nails, and place my finger into the mark of the nails, and place my hand into his side, I will never believe."

Jesus appeared in their midst once again. He came bringing peace, joy, faith and the presence of the Spirit.

Thomas believed exclaiming; " Jesus My LORD, Yahweh, God of the Universe, Creator of all things."

Joh 20:26 - 28 "Eight days later, his disciples were inside again, and Thomas was with them. Although the doors were locked, Jesus came and stood among them and said, "Peace be with you." Then he said to Thomas, "Put your finger here, and see my hands; and put out your hand, and place it in my side. Do not disbelieve, but believe." Thomas answered him, "My Lord and my God!"

Jesus told Thomas, "You believe because of My presence here with you, there will be great joy and happiness in the lives of those who don't see Me but also receive My presence by the indwelling Spirit of God."

Joh 20:29  Jesus said to him, "Have you believed because you have seen me? Blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed."

Jesus said many other things and did many more miraculous things than those written down. These things you have read were written so that you could believe that Jesus Christ, Isa Al Masih, Yeshua Messiah is Yahweh, the only begotten Son of God. If you believe in Him and receive His Spirit, you will have life everlasting and full. A life lived in the forgiveness of Jesus and powerful presence of God.

Joh 20:30, 31  "Now Jesus did many other signs in the presence of the disciples, which are not written in this book;  but these are written so that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that by believing you may have life in his name."
